Jillian Hernely, born Noel Hennely 25 November, 1968. She is a talented Canadian actress and performer who has made an important contribution to American television. She has been praised by her remarkable performances in the American television show Law & Order in which she impressed viewers over three seasons in the role of the prosecutor Claire Kincaid, and Crossing Jordan for six seasons where she portrayed the main character Jordan Cavanaugh. Her acting talents were shown in the films RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as and Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. In these films, she also showcased her co-directing and writing abilities. Hennessy started the acting profession with her sister in the role of twin call-girls on Dead Ringers in 1988. Parker was in movies that included RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side, West Wing Angels In America as well as Boys On The Side. She received a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award for her role in these television series. Parker received the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Production Proof.
